We make sure we are a good fit, share the same values and Bonnie as a Coach is aware of your health&wellness needs in order to guide and support you in the most effective and safe way. You will see and feel some difference during or after your first few sessions. Your muscles and joints may feel they have had a good workout, you will see and feel less tension in the face, body and mind and you will have a radiant glow from the boosted circulation. Everyone is different so the time it takes to see changes varies from person to person.
Not at all, consistency is the key – not the quantity. If you have a specific area of concern, you can practice targeted exercises for problem areas. Ask Bonnie for guidance. Once you form the habit of practising consistently you can choose to add in extra techniques. It’s recommended to practice 10 min upper and lower face exercises plus move every joint of your body 5-6 times a week. Ther result is a happy healthy face, body and mind!
Comprehensive Face Yoga practice works the hypodermis (the muscles and fatty tissue), the dermis (connective tissue) and the epidermis (the skin cells). By working all three of these layers correctly it will increase the fluid circulation (lymph and blood), allowing more oxygen and nourishment to reach the cells of the skin.
