After discovering a few unwelcome changes to her own face and body, Bonnie decided to take an action. She spent years learning about her own body and face and those of her clients. She was able to determine why we move the way we do and how to correct those moves to obtain desired improvements.

Bonnie studied Rehabilitation Pilates with physiotherapists and has been teaching clinical Pilates for more than 10 years. She has also been certified as a Face Yoga teacher with Fumiko Takatsu and recently started to explore power of mind.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We know you’ll love this community membership as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we have a 14 days money back guarantee. Cancellations must be done in writing and emailed to:: bonnie@bonnieryckova.com. You’ll receive a full refund within a few days.

Can I cancel the membership anytime on the monthly plan or towards the end of my bi-annual or annual subscription?

Yes, you can even though we’ll be sad to see you leaving. Cancellations must be done in advance in writing and emailed to: bonnie@bonnieryckova.com. Your membership will end the following month depending on the date you joined. E.g. if you joined on the 6th June and cancel on 7th September, your subscription will end on 6 October and until then you still get access to the dashboard.

Why do I have to apply/fill in the health&wellness questionnaire to get access to the membership?

The Face Body Mind Lounge is a community membership – safe space for all women who would like to participate in regular physical exercise. We make sure we are a good fit,  share the same values and Bonnie as a Coach is aware of your health&wellness needs in order to guide and support you in the most effective and safe way. If your application is successful you will get access to the dashboard within 48 hours from the date you submit the application. If we don’t accept your application, which is extremely rare, you get a full refund.

Will I see visible results following the membership content?

You will see and feel some difference during or after your first few sessions. Your muscles and joints may feel they have had a good workout, you will see and feel less tension in the face, body and mind and you will have a radiant glow from the boosted circulation. Everyone is different so the time it takes to see changes varies from person to person.

Do I have to practice every day?

Not at all, consistency is the key – not the quantity. If you have a specific area of concern, you can practice targeted exercises for problem areas. Ask Bonnie for guidance. Once you form the habit of practising consistently you can choose to add in extra techniques. It’s recommended to practice 10 min upper and lower face exercises plus move every joint of your body 5-6 times a week. Ther result is a happy healthy face, body and mind!

How does face exercise affect my skin and appearance?

Comprehensive Face Yoga practice works the hypodermis (the muscles and fatty tissue), the dermis (connective tissue) and the epidermis (the skin cells). By working all three of these layers correctly it will increase the fluid circulation (lymph and blood), allowing more oxygen and nourishment to reach the cells of the skin. The results are a clearer, healthier complexion with a youthful glow.

I've had cosmetic/plastic surgery or joint/spinal surgery or injury - would I still benefit from the membership?

Yes, 100, please make note of your condition in the application/health&wellness questionnaire. Bonnie is a qualified Rehabilitation Pilates, Personal Trainer and Face Yoga Coach with more than 10 years experience. She will guide you on exercises that suit your specific needs but we suggest you to always check with your health specialist beforehand.

Does it matter if I didn't exercise for a while?

The Face Body Mind Lounge is a safe space for women 40 + . We will guide you and have face and body beginners courses you can start.
