- All you need for our face is a mirror in front of you for practice and a facial oil suitable for your skin type.
- For your body ideal space is where you can stretch out both arms to all directions as well as your legs. The taller you are the more space you need:-)
- We recommend using a larger screen (laptop) if you like to follow short routines inside the program’s modules.

- There is no age restriction, however, women 40+ will benefit from this course the most.
- If you have done Botox or fillers the recommended advice vary from few hours to few weeks before you can start exercising your face muscles and do face massage. Please follow recommendation of your practitioner and also inform us in writing: firstname.lastname@example.org

- If you do/did Botox regularly and/or you don’t use your face muscles much for expression over the years your face muscles will weaken due to it’s under-use and your skin might droop and create fine lines. In this course you will learn how to condition your face muscles.
- If you suffer from any medical condition and/or have health issues please consult your health practitioner before you enrol to the course and inform Bonnie.
- On the other hand if you over-express with your face muscles you may create permanent deep lines and wrinkles and your muscles will be tense in certain areas. This program helps with both muscle tension and lack of tone.
