Once you purchase the consultation, your will receive within 48 hours a Health  Questionnaire. When I get it back I will email you my calendar to book the 60 minutes Body Reset Power sessions on Zoom. Within 7 days after our session you will receive your personalized exercise program with detailed written and video description.

The consultation is on Zoom, 60 minutes long. 

It includes:

  • Assessment and concern evaluation – the assessment may include a posture, joint mobility and strength, lifestyle habits depending on the one topic you choose to discuss during the consultation. 
  • Identifying the root cause of your concern.
  • Strategies necessary for sustainable outcome.
  • Daily action plan.
  • Recording of the session with lifetime access.

PLUS!

  • Personalized exercises program with 3 month access.
  • A Summary with main points we discussed.
  • 2x 30 minutes check in that has to be arranged within 3 month.

After you process the payment you will receive, within 24 hours, an email from me (bonnie@bonnieryckova.com) to fill in a Health Questionnaire. After I get it back we arrange our consultation within 2 weeks the latest.
