The Limitless Body 6-Month Rehabilitation Package with a Bespoke Program is designed with your unique needs and goals in mind. It can be online or offline in London or combination of both (if offline, an extra charge may apply to cover travel time).

This  comprehensive  program combines the power of rehabilitation Pilates Personal Training and Posture Correction to transform your body and elevate your overall well-being with an expert guidance in safe recovery exercise regiment.

This program is for you if you

  • are recovering from injuries or/and joint(s) operation (no matter how old the injury is),
  • are aware of your posture imbalances and seek step by step expertise guidance,
  • want to address more than one body niggles, pain and aches you may have been neglecting,
  • desire to feel and be healthy, fit and happy in the long-term,
  • want to gradually progress with caution and care,
  • are motivated to follow guidance and get the support you & your body deserve.

The 6 month Package includes:

  1. Health and Lifestyle habits Questionnaire,
  2. A thorough postural assessment (online or in person),
  3. Liaising with your health practitioners (usually physiotherapist, osteopath or chiropractors),
  4. A bespoke rehabilitation/wellness/fitness program to address findings from the Initial postural assessment, Questionnaires and medical reports,
  5. Master your initial personal program with Bonnie’s guidance,
  6. Evaluation of the progress every 6-8 weeks,
  7. Program adjustment whenever needed to ensure gradual progress,
  8. Email support to answer all questions Mon – Fri 9am-5pm,
  9. Accountability, reminders and regular check ins for motivation.

Sessions may also include:

  • Verbal progress evaluations and health screening,
  • Integration of specific movements relevant to daily activities or sports,
  • Guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and nutrition for long-term well-being,
  • Exercise technique class where we just go through the essentials,
  • Educational content (e.g. video recording or a document) on area(s) of concern.


  • Stage 1: gathering all necessary information and the Program design – approx. 2 weeks
  • Stage 2: mastering foundations – approx. 4 weeks (it depends on client self-awareness)
  • Stage 3: Consistent practice of the home program 3-4 times a week on your own
  • Stage 4: evaluation of progress and adjustment of the program

Limitless Body is a 6 month ‘body transformation’ package and starts on a date of your initial 1-1 postural assessment. The program doesn’t have strict number of 1-1 sessions as it’s result based. Saying that the maximum number of private sessions is 12 in 6 month scheduled e.g. every fortnight. The reason is that package combines  1-1 and pre-recorded sessions, personalized online program, progress evaluation, liaising with other health professionals, research of the specific condition and additional supporting material and advice client can benefit from.

Cancellations, main T&C:

  • Client can ask to re-scheduled 1-1  session with at least 48 hour notice via an email ( Coach will offer and alternative date/time in the same week but cannot guarantee availability to suit client schedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice (no matter the reason for cancellation) will be count as ‘missed’ and charged in full.
  • 1-1 session can be replaced with a pre-recorded session or any supporting materials especially during holidays and sickness.
  • If the client requires more private session to ensure consistency, this can be purchased separately as a add on.
  • If the coach or a client is on an annual leave and private session is due, a recording of the session will be provided or the session will be scheduled after.

The program is delivered mainly on Zoom but it can be combined with in person evaluation and assessment sessions. Regular sessions are arranged in advance, the length and frequency will be agreed in advance depending on your specific needs and availability. You will get a home program to practice in between our live sessions which will be reviewed regularly. This is a comprehensive result based program so commitment and consistency is a key.
