With my coaching program, we will co-create your unique plan and I’ll help you implement the necessary small lifestyle adaptation that will help you to get your desired wellness goal.

I know that achieving your goals on your own is hard work – but it doesn’t have to be intimidating. I’m here to help you simplify so that you can focus on what matters most: your wellness.

  • Weekly 30-45 minutes or bi-weekly 60-90 minutes coaching calls (Sessions scheduled upon our agreement and availability. The length can be adjusted to suit your specific needs.)
  • A bespoke plan tailored to your unique body and broken to easy manageable chunks.

  • Any other resources you may need to get you closer to your desired goal.
  • Lifetime access to your unique website portal with session recordings and other resources.

  • Neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees progressive mobility and strength 
  • Pre and Post Surgery joints/spine Rehabilitation exercise (Pilates based)
  • Pre and Post Natal exercise
  • Core/abdominal rehabilitation (prolapse, pelvic floor and diastasis recti)  
  • Core strength and Corrective Posture exercises
  • General fitness (Personal Training or/and Pilates based with safe progressive exercise routines)
