Description
The ”Posture Audit” is powerful first step to understanding your body’s unique alignment patterns. This is a first step which helps us to understand your body’s visible compensatory patterns causing compression and restricted joint & spinal movement.
What’s included in the 30 minutes online session:
- Postural map and analysis – I will take 4 screenshots of your body head to toe from the front, right and left side and back of your body, then I will create your unique posture map and I will interpret the findings. It’s important that you have good light and plain background. Alternatively, you can send me your photos no later than 48 hour prior our session – instructions will be given in advance.
- Consultation – I will explain what the visual representation of your posture map means for your joints and spinal health and what can be done to prevent it getting worse. We discuss you health goals and current concerns. Plus you get chance to ask me questions related to the findings and your goals.
- If we both decide we are good fit to work together on improving your posture, movement as well as joint & spinal health we will schedule joint range of movement assessment which give us more precise data necessary for designing the first initial program.
This is for you if:
- you experience chronic pain, stiffness, or joint discomfort and are tired of guessing what to do.
- you’ve tried physiotherapy or similar but the pain keeps coming back.
- generic Pilates, yoga, gym or personal training exercises don’t work for you.
- you want a holistic, sustainable approach, not another quick fix and are committed.
- you’re ready to understand your body’s unique needs and take the first step toward pain-free movement.
Note:
The Postural Audit doesn’t include recording, transcript or the posture map created based on your postural photos. These are part of the Comprehensive Postural Assessment where we also measure joints range of movement and analyse the data that will determine direction of the initial bespoke program.

Booking requirements:
- All sessions are held online on Zoom. Download Zoom here: https://zoom.us/download
- Once you complete the Posture Audit request in the check out, check your email with details about what you need to wear for our session to take good quality photos/screenshots. Also sufficient light, no virtual o9r busy background is essential.
- A Zoom link for the online sessions and reminders will be send to your email – please enter your best email. Check our inbox/spam and if you don’t find it email: bonnie@bonnieryckova.com asap so you don’t miss our session.
- Join from your laptop rather than phone when possible. Phone or ipad screens are too small for you and me to see details well.
Booking policy:
Cancellations & rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- Sessions can be rescheduled once without charge if cancelled in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur an admin fee.
Attendance & late policy
- If you are late to your session, it will be shortened accordingly.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late without notification, the session will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Refund policy
- Due to the personalized nature, refunds are not available once the offline assessment process started.
- If you are unable to continue due to medical reasons or bereavement, a credit for this service or other services/products may be considered upon receipt of your written request – bonnie@bonnieryckova.com
